Is it still on the play store? I could only find an instruction manual... I tried es explorer and wifi file transfer... wifi file transfer pro will not let me access the sd card to write to it... is there a way to set the permission to allow this?

Thanks!

AirDroid is another app that lets you copy files between PC and Android.

The link to download is on that page. Don't know why it's not in the play store.

Once you FTP in, what is stopping you from cd'ing to the right directory?

FTP> cd /storage/sdcard1

This might work pretty well for my Nexus 7 that has a hard time staying connected to my PC.

i use a dumb way, the non-google-Chrome "internet" browser to download one by one, i don't have many files to transfer everytime.

in settings change download to SD card, can only download to "download" folder, then move to other folder, since it's already in SD card, so moving is fast.

basic HTTP server, www.rejetto.com/hfs

Glad to hear that it worked out! I had to use it myself over the weekend to transfer music to my wife's phone. The process kept hanging via USB, but AirDroid copied them over pretty quickly. Smilie
