Vudu rental "from select titles"? Before it was a $5.50 credit towards rental. Is this different?

No VUDU credit is terrible. I used to use those to convert my blu rays to digital or to buy movies on sale.

Yeah, I'm curious about that part myself.

Meh not impressed. More chance I'd pop into Subway for a free cookie than a dine-in snack size Buffalo Wild Wings, but I'd rather have the free frosty at Wendy's. Also disappointed in the "select titles" from VUDU. It seems clear that T-Mobile Tuesdays was directly responsible for VUDU discontinuing their $4.99 to own weekly HDX movie deals. Maybe limiting it to a Halloween/horror movie is just something they're doing one week as a theme, but it's possible that these are the kinds of restrictions they want to use going forward in an effort to keep people from buying low-cost HDX movies with their credits.

Oh well, another week that T-Mobile Tuesdays won't make front page, due to everyone's thumbs-down. It may be free stuff, but if it's not as good as the previous week, it gets buried.

P.S. I just got a shipping notification from UPS for the T-Mobile logo T-shirts I ordered from T-Mobile Tuesday 8/12.

Wow, T-Mobile Tuesdays got bad fast.

At least the $5.50 Vudu credit was useful for a whole host of things (rentals, new purchases, digital conversions). Now they're going to tie it into a bunch of B-Movies nobody gives two craps about anyway.

Only arguably good thing this week is $10 off of costumes but let's be honest they likely don't sell many costumes for $10 or under, so you'll still be out of pocket even with the t-mobile thingy.

Only cheap people complain about free things. I for one will use the credit and rent a movie. If I want a costume, I'll appreciate the 10 off I'll get , and I'll go get my self a free cookie right now.
