Review of a similar model [notebookcheck.net] (note that the item for sale here includes only a one year warranty). This seems like a great price. Not so sure about HP reliability, though. Appears to be last year's model.

Another review from PC Mag [pcmag.com].

Their Elitebook series has very good build quality and comparable to Dell Latitude 12 or XPS 12 series.

I can build this for cheaper.

OK I can't but decent laptop. As with many laptop, always something sketchy with it.

I guess SD users might as well post deals listed by Lilliputing as Brad tends to get many of his daily deals from SD!

I've also seen good luck with both the HP elitebook and ultrabook series...we use them at a major fortune 250 company for everyone. Ultrabooks are sick..very slick that is!

Yeah, I would consider this if I hadn't already purchased a Dell Latitude 7370 from the last Dell Business Outlet deal.

This resolution is to much for this small screen

An unfortunate side effect of Apple's retina display. Some laptops have even higher resolution, And unfortunately Windows still doesn't handle it properly in all instances, unlike Mac OS, which got it right.

Yeah, they are efficient, but very weak.

It looks like a decent setup, but definitely not if you want to do any gaming. I think that you can do better at this price point.

Not really, lot of 12" laptops are coming with this type of resolution including Surface Pro 3 and 4, Acer Aspire Switch Alpha and many more. Toshiba even has one with 4K display. And the scaling problem people report normally, is almost gone in Windows 10, at least for the QHD Display.
