I bought one from Costco when it was on sale a few weeks ago.

I use mine on hardwood floors and I was surprised at the amount of dirt and grit that was picked up after the first use. I don't wear shoes inside and used a microfiber mop for the year that I've owned my house. I thought my floors were pretty clean, but after seeing how dirty the water was, I think this was definitely a good purchase.

It leaves behind less water than a mop and is easier cleanup. Clean water/cleaning solution in one tank, dirty water gets vacuumed up into the other. Easy to fill in the kitchen sink, easy to dump out dirty water in the toilet. There is also a different scrubber attachment for tile and grout, but I haven't used it.
I have it and I love it! It makes the floor squeaky clean. I have wipes the floor with a baby wipe after I've cleaned it and the baby wipe is still clean. I have tile with grout,

Oh man, I just bought one of the higher end "spin" mop bucket systems, and now I'm thinking of returning it and getting this.

Any reason to keep the mop?

I have this. Doesn't do jack crap. A steam mop will do a far better job than this.
