Lantern and power bank in 1, 180 lumen 360° light 15 white leds and 6 red not sure which kind. Powered by regular AA batteries or 18650 for more power which I think is what comes included.

The bank is 4400mah. The whole thing IPX5 water resistant. Good reviews.

Voting feedfack says mostly because price i figured for under 20 bucks an led lantern and built in emergency usb charger was pretty good. Was thinking of getting it for my sis and bro in law, they camp out a lot with dogs.

I got one of these for a price around this and really liked it's versatility and function.

Edit - I paid exactly this. It costs a lot more than $10 versions, but it also has a lot more features and seems to be a little better quality. I felt it was worth it.

Everything worked well with initial testing, but can't speak for durability, since I haven't used it much. I got mine for camping and power outages. Haven't been camping, yet, tho. It's actually pretty small, like a fat can of soda and is very bright.

Edit2-I think people don't like the company because they give away stuff for reviews. I bought mine and didn't review it, lol.
