It is, with MasterPass. There's no add-on item on this card.

Wow 1060 already cheaper than my 960 was when I got it.
Now if the 1070 would just come down...

This is the 3GB GTX 1060, but still a decent deal for the gpu power if you don't need the extra video memory.

My 2GB 960 was more than this and I watched it for a few months. Then 2 months after I bought mine they came out with the 4GB version.
Still haven't found a game that is VRAM limited before GPU though.
Actually SoM at 4k I think hits but not sure if GPU or VRAM for sure since that engine is so weird with it's VRAM "utilization"

For both AMD and Nvidia I think it's going to be a supply/demand issue. If they have enough cards in the channel by then, there may be some decent sale prices. But retailers may end up spreading sales out across the entire xmas season, making everyone guessing when the cheapest price is/will be.

I'm in need of an upgrade, but to busy to game much, so I'm willing to wait out for a really good price. Also I don't care for VR or 4k gaming, so the lower ram models are for me.

Thanks, TDMVP73. That 1060 looks like a good option for an eGPU setup. While slightly more expensive than the PNY version, there's less outlay and risk due to the smaller rebate, and it's a nicer-looking and potentially quieter card.
