New Lenovo Yoga 910 [lenovo.com] with Kaby Lake i7-7500U, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, 4K screen is now listed on their website for $1799 with Free Shipping.

This is $100 cheaper than Best Buy [bestbuy.com].

Site is showing you can order it, even though this has been announced but not 'officially' released yet. Most articles pointed to an October release date. For those of you looking for a super high end configuration for a slim convertible laptop, this is a pretty good deal. This has a slim bezel as well, which means it's effectively a 14" laptop in a 13" case, similar to the Dell.

Comparable Dell XPS 13 with similar config is $100 more on Microsoft Store [microsoftstore.com] and doesn't have 4K / convertible screen / Kaby Lake.

Comparable Surface Pro 4 with similar config is $2699 (without keyboard).

There is another configuration available with 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD for $1429, however the higher configuration seems to be the better deal.

That is a beast of a laptop! Specs wise it's "good value" but a new model is never going to be a true deal.

Is there anything else on the market you can get with these specs for this price right now?

The problem is that this is Lenovo's web price - and 90% of the computers they sell are always discounted off the web price.

If you simply wait at the most 4 weeks, you'll be able to save anywhere from $100-$300 depending on how they discount this model on the next sale. But their systems never stay at the web price for very long - only initially at release for a very short period of time.

Note this is discounted by $100 below the Best Buy price ($1899). Best Buy is usually aligned with the normal 'web price' on Lenovo's site.
