these are very good price but realize it is for a "BASIC" cruise deal. You will need to add in the cost to get to the ship embarkation point, tips and other upgrades (Alcohol, specialty restaurants, wi-fi).

But all in all cruises are a great vacation deal (When you look at all the travel costs involved).

We have done more than a dozen cruises all over the world, and have done 3 recent NCL cruises (Breakaway twice and Epic) and the trips were fantastic. Can't wait to go on another cruise.

I don't see what's so basic about it. This is the normal cruise deal. All those addons that cruise lines have been giving are complete garbage. You're PAYING for those addons in higher fares and lots of people don't take full advantage of those things during their cruises. I'm in my 20s and have been cruising since I was a kid with my parents. The best deals are without these incentives. This year we went on a ten day Baja cruise for $56 pp/day with a balcony stateroom. We gladly paid for the specialty restaurants and booze is easy enough to have without the crazy costs onboard. Wifi was included for me as a platinum past passenger perk, but I don't know why you'd want to be connected so much on a vacation like this, anyway. I usually just tethered while I was in Mexico off the boat in port.

Personally, I'd rather pay a cheaper price and then add on whatever I want on the boat than have everything included and then waste all the things I won't use or feel forced to use to make it a good deal.
