I think what it really comes down to is: Moderation is key. If anything, people should avoid intaking a lot of salt so they don't look so plump.

The last line is a good one, 100% in agreement there. All of the "feel good" crap going around, bleh.

lol @ more than 100% daily sodium allowance. at least SD is the right place for that with the obesity and unattractive gluttony that goes on here
