eBay Daily Deals has: Philips Hue Light Strip 2 Pack Starter Kit with Bridge

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Philips-H...2073433735

Brand new starter kits sell for roughly $159.99.

These lights have the same lifespan as new, and function exactly the same.

they also have the white/color A19 starter pack for 99.99$, which is about the same price as the Walmart sale for 89.99$ with tax. outside of NJ, no tax on the eBay listing...

for 80$, i'd be in for a refurb, for 100$, it's still a bit too much for me.

This is V1 hue that's not homekit enabled right?

120 lumen output = v1 version of the lightstrips. Pass.

Correct. That is the only real difference between the v1 and v2 HUB/BRIDGE. (v2 is more square shaped)
The lights themselves of v2 are brighter and often more color accurate.
Just picked up some of these lights from some other deals and been really enjoying them, I am using a mix of v1 and v2 lights with a v1 hub.

incorrect...the V2 light strips are MUCH brighter. people don't buy the V1s anymore because of this...

Will this work with a v2 Hub? Any deals on just light strips currently?

perfectly fine as accent lights. own both versions. v2 a necessity for any kind of task lighting.

120 lumens is not equal to the 1600 lumens of v2

Great deal even though it's the V1 strips. Thanks OP!

A19 starter pack is not the same as offered at Walmart, they are v1 bulbs(not as bright) and older hub. Walmart clearance, if you can find them, are v2 bulbs and hub.

They're talking about the v2 hub, not the v2 strips.

Ah sorry I was saying the hub specifically, I'll edit my comment to be clearer
