Amazon has an Aller-Ease Cotton Hypoallergenic Allergy Protection Body Pillow that is , 20" x 54" for $9.27 with Prime/FSSS shipping.

A 54" body pillow for about $10 looked like a good deal to me.
The pillow cases for these are more expensive than the pillow.
Shipped and Sold by Amazon.

The negative reviews could be from some random seller in China that was selling junk ones.
If the ones I ordered are bad, I'll return them to Amazon. Though I will feel a bit silly returning a pillow.

The Amazon product image seems to have a red band on the one corner. Though it might be removable, I didn't see that in the negative reviews picture of the poor quality product.

Any you find will be off in size. You'll have to get one from Japan.

Jokes aside - body pillows can be a godsend when you have back problems. My experience is though that you are better with multiple smaller pillows as, at least if it's back problems, keeping the pelvic exactly aligned with the lower spine can make the difference between climbing out of bed more or less comfortably or hurting for the rest of the day. Of course that means in my case one super-stuffed and two more regular pillows to keep everything lined up. That doesn't include my doubled up head pillow. I cannot figure out any other way to state this, and I just KNOW somebody's going to have fun with the way I'm putting this... Nono

The only thing that 100% consistently cured my back was switching to sleeping on my back instead of on my side..

Took a VERY long time before I was adjusted to be able to stay asleep in this position and not auto-roll to my side. 4-5 months of practice. hahahaa

I've tried everything before this, and only back-sleeping has given me pain free everyday..

Thanks for the thought. I've never been able to make that work , but someday I hope to. I've got the pillows down to a system, though.

4-5 months of practice? No wonder... I tried like 4-5 days and gave up. I have two body pillows (one on each side for toss and turn) and I think I rotate about 4 times a night due to back pain. I will give it another shot. Thanks.
