Verizon has half off its SIM activation kit. The kit includes 2 GB of data and unlimited talk and text for one month. Think it is possible to buy a bunch of these and apply the credit over and over again?

Thanks OP. Got in on two of these last time as well. Allows you to use the free gift cards from the SmartRewards deals, so this time came out to $16.45 (after tax) shipped for me after two $5 GC's were applied.

One good use of these (besides the obvious discounted prepaid service) is if you're looking to use a prepaid device on post paid service, such as the Moto G4 Play for $64.99 here. Since they require one month of active service on a prepaid account before they can be moved over, this does the trick.

$25 for Verizon is a great deal if Ringplus aka Sprint doesnt work well in your area. But as of now, I have been getting free service for over 6 months with ringplus now!

So people were able to buy multiple kits and apply them for multiple months of service? How does it get applied to your account? I wouldn't have to switch SIM cards every month would I?

SIM cards have long activation periods.

SIM cards + refill bundles have much, much shorter activation periods. Most if not all tie the included service to the SIM card. So without knowing the expiration date on the bundle kit, you should not order 100's. My guess is Verizon is clearing these out because the expiration dates are very close.

Or on a MVNO like Tracfone where Verizon is a carrier. Only saves $5 but the $30 plan to get the one month service has no data IIRC.

Though I purchased two previously, they were each used to sell alongside two separate phones; so I cannot confirm that they stack on a single account (new or existing).

Until someone can confirm this or there's evidence of it listed somewhere in Verizon's T&C, I think it's best to err on the side of caution and safely assume that the SIM kit is only applicable to the first month of service for a new account.

I don't think that one can use these for multiple months of service. The setup process requires one to either select a new number or port a number. The one month of service is already attached to the SIM. Unless you have a service like Google Voice and you're willing to change your VZW number every month this will not work for multiple months of service. Keep in mind that if you sign up for autopay you get an additional 1GB of data from the time of signup. VZW will authorize your card for a penny and you can change this option at any time.
