THIS IS FOR THE 8GB CARD. IF YOU ARE OK WITH THE 4GB CARD, THIS IS NOT THE DEAL FOR YOU. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK. AND FOLKS, PLEASE STOP COMPARING THIS WITH PRICES OF 3GB GTX 1060s AND 4GB RX 480s.

If you waive free return shipping, the final price will be $214.05.

MSI Rebate expires 10/31/16. MSI confirmed JET.COM is a valid reseller on 10/17/16.

When the rebate says "All resellers" there has to be some sort of stipulation as to what they mean by that, correct? Is Jet considered one of these "resellers"?

The RX 480 8GB is supposed to retail for $240 so this is a little bit of a discount. If Jet is considered a reseller by these rebates I have a deal to post too....

Yep, I'm a little apprehensive that Jet is a reseller even though it says on rebate all resellers. I feel like somewhere in the wording or fine print somewhere Jet.com isn't a reseller....just a feeling I have.

I did some probing and apparently on Newegg that Battlefield 1 promo that is being offered for free with RX 480 cards is going to end. They currently have a $25 off $200 Masterpass checkout discount right now. But it won't apply with free gifts applied to them. So on 10/19 we might see some really good deal at newegg for graphics cards if you combine the $25 off with a rebate. This Jet deal is a bit iffy since you are gambling with the rebate that might not be valid.

So far nobody from the previous deal has reported any issues with their rebate, which had the same stipulations, but just a different expiration date and different set of qualifying items (partially why i linked the old thread). Anyhow, it still turns out cheaper than Newegg for Cali folks if the MSI rebate doesn't pan out.

Here is last time's rebate for reference: https://msi.4myrebate.com/?oc=MSI-16737
And this time's for comparison: https://msi.4myrebate.com/?oc=MSI-16764

Notice how it is also -ALL RESELLERS-

I'll give MSI rebate processing a call tomorrow to see if I can get an official response for you guys.

When doing rebates, sometimes you don't know there is an issue until a month down the road. It's still too early to know if last rebates are being approved. I'm just a bit more skittish because I've had a few rebates denied lately. I hope all that sent it in get approved.

I sent them an email, hopefully they give an answer with certainty for future reference. I'm ready to make a graphics card purchase. I truly believe that some of the deals that can be had now will be better than black friday. Especially if you can combo the rebates with the masterpass promo or the Jet discount promo. No way will those promos be valid during Black Friday.

Were they rebates involved with purchasing from Jet.com? Or and MSI rebate with an All Resellers qualification? Just trying to understand the basis of the concern that's all.

I did one for the jet, they just need you to take a pic of the order page for your proof of purchase.
