These seem only worth it if you like the name or the look in particular.

One comparison is the 3 drawer Gladiator to just a typical Husky 4-drawer tool cabinet.
http://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-.../205150551

Gladiator / Husky
$149 sale / $119 regular price
30 lb drawer rating / 50 lb drawer rating
300 lb total / 600 lb total
"23-25 gauge steel" / "21 gauge steel"
[Ready to Assemble line uses 23-25 gauge, Premier uses 20-22 gauge]
No casters included ($48.48 separate) / Casters included

I just bought a home and doing full garage remodel and wanted this exact look. Full price I said eff off. but yesterday I found the premier cabinets in white for 99 each, the table for 300 8 ft, etc

so 1000-1100 with a complete set. i am hoping the quality turns out well, I just ordered 2 more small cabinets, incase i cant fit all 3 premier cabinets. but would rather use the premier over the ready to assemble as I read the quality is much much better.

So i fully agree, I just wanted looks>function. as either brand will do me fine, just would prefer a real nice clean looking set even if I pay a small mark up in price for it.

Depends on what your storing on how easy you want the drawers to move. The premier equivalent of the drawer:

http://www.homedepot.com/p/Gladia.../205441530

Ready to Assembly / Premier [in white]
$149 on sale / $549
30 lb per drawer / 65 lbs per drawer
300 lb total / 1400 lb total

Gauge thicknesses in inches:
20 = 0.0375"
23 = 0.0281" (75% of the thickness)

Holy cow. These were 'Hot Buy' at $149 not too long ago. I was able to get them down to around $100 a piece with Shop my Way Points. It was a little hassle collecting those points and I had to buy the 2 door Premiere gearbox for $300 (after taxes) but worth it in the end.

My set is great for the small arts/crafts space in my 2nd car garage. Other garage is loaded with Gladiator cabs. I have experience with both RTA and Premiere; the Premiere feels less tinny and you dont have those bolts sticking out. However for floor cabs, you cant beat that 5 drawer Premiere cab which is an awesome classic.

Just waiting for the 66 inch tall Premiere cab in white - I got it in my cart for $279 right now with Surprise points and a coupon. Wondering if it will go lower.

Here is my 5 drawer premiere cab I got for less than $200 (after taxes)from a Sears clearance...

And the powerstrip for only $34 from a Sears liquidation going out-of-business...

This looks to be in store pick up only as delivery is not available. And also YMMV as no stores around me had any in stock...
