Lowes has Allen & Roth 2.5-in White Faux Wood Room Darkening Horizontal Blinds on sale and you can save up to 77% on select sizes.

Cheapest I could find were the 51.5x64in ones, but many others are around $17.

Availability is limited, but I was able to purchase the size I needed.

Per someone's review on Lowe's website:
I would highly recommend these blinds. They look great, are of solid quality and are easy to put up. In addition, they can be cut to a specific size, making them a great option for my old house, which has odd windows.

Not difficult at all. Time required varies on tools (power vs hand), desire to do it right (patching old holes), and experience.
20 min per seems reasonable if not patching.
