glad this came back. I had one since release. Sold it and upgraded to the vivoactive HR, but it is too bulky for me as an all day watch so i am returning it and ordered this. I have had a few garmin bike computer refurbs and they have always been "like new" and very much worth any cost savings especially since you get the same warranty.

Got this last time. It is by far the best cycling computer I have used. I can compare it to the following devices.

Garmin Edge 305
Pebble Time Steel
Various Android wear devices
Stand alone android phone

What is great about it is that it has its own built in GPS, so even if your phone dies or the BT connection flakes out, it still records your ride. It picks up the GPS signal way faster than my old Edge and the battery life is quite good.

It also works great with the HR strap that came with my old Edge 305.

Again, these are just my observations on using it as a bike computer. I can't comment on the other functions.

Depends what your uses are. This has GPS and better battery life, but less phone integration.

This is exactly what I am thinking about and here are my questions:
Are there any routing options (using gpx or with cell phone directions)? is the screen fully customizable? What sensors do you pair it with?

I normally use Strava, but I don't like having my smart phone with me when I run. Does this import my run data to Strava or any other fitness apps?

BuyDig has also the Forerruner 620 for $110. This one has more features but doesn't have recovery estimations or interval training

Yes. You can enable the background Strava connection/sync on Garmin's Connect website. As soon as you save your activity it will sync over.

Are you able to elaborate on the golfing app a bit? This might sway me in the direction of getting one.

I got mine from the last buydig refurb deal. Battery level is now at 51% after 1 week of use with GPS off. Been showering, swimming with it - so far no issues.
