It's NOT in the ad, but there were signs all over the store. Today only.

Maybe someone can confirm of it's chain wide.

Yes, this does work.

I purchased about $25.00 worth of stuff.

There are some really good deals. For example, they have the store brand lotions/creams versions of Cetaphil lotions. Usually, even the store brands are expensive. They were already sale price, and they were 1/2 off that.

I purchased 91% rubbing alcohol (to clean circuit board), a bunch of useful pills (headache, backache, heartburn, sleep), bunch of hand soaps (50 cents each!), band-aids, and floss.
Some of the vitamins were buy one, get one free, and it's 1/2 off those too.

However, if you wanted to stock up for cold/flu season (or supply your meth lab), the store brands behind the pharmacy counter do not seem to be on sale, so no go on those items.

I had trouble initially because the checkout did not show them being on sale, but you either have to get to the total at then end, or I went to a regular cashier who did a constant total which verified all the items I purchased were on sale.

But, otherwise, good sale. I think I have enough stuff for two years. Thanks OP.

Does anyone know if this is across all Kroger branded markets (Ralphs, etc.)?

Yes, it should be. They started this a few months ago at my local Fry's Signature with a 50% off of frozen treats.
