The price on Newegg is $500, so it's $450 with the $50 code.

I need something where it turns on @ X time and turns off at X time and while on it allows a backup to occur from the server. I need this to occur to prevent ransomware from hitting the NAS. My only other option seems to be going to tape drives... what are folks doing for ransomware protection to insure data is secure on-site? We do off-site backups nightly but it can take a long time to redeploy data whereas an onsite backup takes minutes.

Write permissions limited to only a very limited number of servers needed to make backups. Also, you may be able to leverage the snapshot feature to revert any attacks.

Either way, this does have a start up/shut down timer system, as well as various replication features.

Apparently the 5-bay sale ended before the 2-bay sale.
