SINGLE ENTRY
TIMING: The Seagate Trip to London for the Gears eSport Pro Circuit Promotion (the "Promotion") starts on Friday October 14, 2016 at 8:00 A.M. PDT and ends on Sunday November 13, 2016 at 11:59
PRIZES: A total of thirteen (13) prizes offered with a total ARV of $7,372 USD.
1. One (1) 3 night and 4 day trip to London, England for one (1) eligible entrant and a guest to attend the Gears eSport Pro Circuit scheduled to take place between the dates of Saturday December 10 and Sunday December 11, 2016. The trip will include round-trip flights, accommodation, tickets to the event, travel, and USD$1,000 expenses during the trip to be arranged and provided by Sponsor. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any other costs or expenses, personal or otherwise, such as passport or visa related costs, all of which shall be the responsibility of the winning entrant. Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Sponsor reserves right to change dates and/or the event. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless the child or legal ward of winner and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Travel must be made through Sponsor's agent, on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize. Maximum ARV of prize in USD = $5,305. Actual value of the Prize may vary depending upon Winner's point of departure and date of reservation and travel.
2. Two (2) Xbox One S consoles to one (1) eligible entrant in each of the U.S. and Germany. US variant will be Xbox One S Gears of War 4 Limited Edition Bundle (2TB) (USD$449). Germany variant will be Xbox One S Gears of War 4 Bundle (1 TB) (EUR€349.99). Estimated ARV of both prizes in USD = $840
3. Ten (10) Seagate Game Drive for Xbox 2TB drives to five (5) eligible entrants in each of the U.S. and Germany. US variant will be Gears of War 4 Special Edition Game Drive (2TB) (USD $99.99]). Germany variant will be Seagate Game Drive for Xbox 2TB (EUR€129.99). Estimated ARV of both prizes in USD = $1,227
