I have a flood light in the backyard that I wanted to replace and I came across this deal. It has a built in camera. It has an associated android and ios app but they are both junk. They can be used to get it setup on your wifi but after that use the web-interface to configure the camera.

There are a surprising amount of undocumented options in the web interface. I could set it to email me at my yahoo or gmail address if motion is detected and it will send me a few images of what it detected. You can also set a schedule when to record detected motion. A schedule of just when to record. Recording quality. Whether to do snapshots or video. It saves to SD card and you can access the stored data via the app, web interface, or a ladder Stick Out Tongue There is an option to upload the stuff to a network share folder. I was hoping it was ftp but I couldn't get it working. Maybe someone will have better luck.

Anyway, if you are looking for a flood light that has a built in camera, this is a really great deal. I can't find it sold anywhere else. Nor can I find many, if any, flood lights that have cameras + wifi.

Great companion to other security you might have such as Arlo or Stick-Up cams.

$40 off for next two days.

No specs listed... if this was 1080p and can be wired by ethernet (not a fan of wireless for security cameras), I would be all over this.

It says 720p and the image is decent for a no-name. I don't think there is night vision as it's a flood light. It really, really, does a good job at lighting up my backyard at night so the camera can see what's going on. Will you be able to recognize a face of an intruder? Probably not. But you will clearly see what they are wearing, gender, weight, height, etc. For me, I like the email alert in the night so I can grab the shotgun.

based on what you said this sounds very much like the kuna "security" light, which also does 720p on the camera via wifi and relies on the external light to see anything. i picked one up awhile back from home depot for $150 and it's decent for what it can do.

Thanks OP. Do you have to pay any monthly subscription fee for the cloud recording?

This is where you would find it, unfortunately, that particular number isn't found:
