Warm up your engine and lock and unlock your doors with the Compustar CS4102-S premium 2-way LED remote start kit that comes bundled with a transponder bypass module and Geek Squad® installation. Start your vehicle remotely from up to 3,000 feet away and receive 2-way confirmation on the remote transmitter.

Been checking for Best Buy to put the Viper 4806V back on sale this November, but no luck. I stumbled across this today, and it seems very comparable to the Viper system (This is 3000ft vs Viper 1 mile range). Looking at previous Slickdeals for installed compustar systems, this seems like a very good price for a 2-way system.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Go here to check if it will work on your car.

Do you park in your garage everywhere you go? When you get to a restaurant or store, or even to work, are you still glad your garage is heated?

Also, your second statement is a bit... ignorant. Remote starters just start the car. You still need the key to drive it.

So happy you feel the need to state you have an insulated garage like you're something special.

I called my local best buy to quote the add-ons. we went over everything. electric locks, trunk, if it's push button or not. I was told only extra fee I'd incur is a standard $5 equipment fee. if your car is push button start, I think it will need another $20 harness.

What about the other compustar kit on sale too?

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/compu...3000050000

Looks to be $10 cheaper and smaller remote.

EDIT: Oops, nevermind.. that one looks to be 1-way remote only. Gonna pick this up for my honda accord. Hope Best Buy don't gouge me on extra add-ons.

it's only 1-way. the 2-way has much more value for $10.

What is the difference in 1-way versus 2-way. I bought the 2-way, but just wondering

I think a 2 way remote will let you know the car started by sending a chirp/notification back to the remote.
