Not sure why this gets thumbs down? This is the best discount I have seen on X1 Carbon 4th generation all year.

Don't know enough about Lenovo to recognize these models, but wondering (OP) why the mechanical drive for your laptop (and that much money)? Wouldn't it make sense to opt for a SSD?

Do they still allow staking the 40% with other coupon codes? A few years ago, you could stack the 40% with at least one coupon code (usually 15-30% off) and you could get at least 50% or more from their listing price. It was amazingly good deals back then when they also offered free upgrades on hard drive and GPU.

Also Barnes and Noble Gold prices are generally better than EPP.

Most people get on the deals with the CPU, GPU, memory (if soldered) and screen of their choice and upgrade the hard drive and memory (if not soldered) themselves. They are also paying the price for the build quality and excellent keyboard. I can't speak for the current models as I am still using the T430s. Still going strong Big Grin

Any available coupons now that are valid so I can stack?

Not sure if it will stack, but you can try SAV15THINKPAD from SD for 15% off. I would look for 20% or more coupons on google. I remember past 20% or more coupons were in the form of ush71504udydsa (randomized lower case and numbers). Most common 10% and 15% are caps and numbers in predictable/readable/standard forms like SAVE10THINK, LABOR15, THINKPAD15, etc. IIRC. Will post here if I find those high-value coupons.
