Isn't it better to get it from Costco since its $190 + free chime? Also how come Pro does not come with rechargeable battery and the doorbell does for less money?

Ring pro does not use batteries. It has to have a direct power source. Also, the camera is slightly better compared to the regular version. And there are 4 included face plates.

Ring from Costco is the regular model. If you buy the same kit at ring.com, you'll get it for 180.

Can you use wire for Ring on the regular version or it only uses battery?

I have both. I think the Pro is much better if you have hardwired power. The video quality is substantially better. Motion zones are more precise. The Pro handles exposure differences much better than the standard ring. My front porch fairly shaded and north facing. During the day the original ring looked very overexposed beyond the porch so much so that you couldn't really see anything. The Ring Pro looks fine during the day. I relocated the original ring to my back porch. It is much happier there where the light is more even.

Here are a couple of videos taken from the same place with the two different models. Original Ring [ring.com]

Thanks for the videos! Do you notice a difference in When the Motion detects and begins recording an oncoming person?
It is slightly better but not perfect. I catch the UPS guy occasionally now. Rarely did with original. He is fast and stealthy. I catch normal people most of the time.

That was the worst case scenario for the original, dark shade to very sunny. It actually works pretty good in my backyard and was fine at night and cloudy days in the old location. Here is the original staring directly in to the late fall sun in my backyard. https://ring.com/share/1316594353

Does the pro ring your existing doorbell when someone pushes the button? I know it will work a remote chime and show on your phone. Just wondering it if works your existing doorbell chime.

Yes, the Pro version will ring your existing doorbell. There is a "Pro Power Kit" that you need to install on the existing doorbell portion to make sure there is enough juice on the circuit for the video doorbell. It's pretty easy. Here's some documentation on it: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us...-Pro-Only-
