I'm not seeing the all-in price being $349. Keeps coming up as $549

The Roamio OTA with all-in/lifetime service for $199 is a screaming deal for cord-cutters.

No, it wasn't the bolt+ I was looking at.

The issue was I wasn't ending up at the 'sale' portal, so it was showing me original prices.

Using the link above sent me there, now seeing the reduced prices.

Shame was hoping for a deal on the Tivo Mini $99 would be the perfect price point for me to buy one.

I'm clueless. What is the "service"? I understand it's a DVR and records digital content, but it's saved on the actual device and not in a cloud.

TiVo was bought out earlier this year. Below is an article about the new ownership and the direction it wants to take. Doesn't sound promising, particularly for lifetime service support.

The "service" is the guide data and software/updates running the DVR. You either pay monthly, yearly, or all-in (lifetime) and the deal here is the discounted lifetime.
