I searched and all the threads are archived and couldn't find anything recent. I haven't posted in here in a long long time. I finished a survey and was going to check my balance but it keeps saying saying "Not Allowed" every time I click on the log in button. Anyone know what's going on??? Thanks

Hmm. Have you updated your information or checked your password lately?

I just tried and had no issues logging in.

Don't think it has anything to do with updating my info. I used my laptop which I never use for surveys, went to their homepage, clicked on the login at the top right corner and received the same message.

I think the site is down.. mine is saying "not allowed" when I click login

I could not find the old ACOP thread. My question is there anyone waiting for a payment longer then usual? I have one pending from November!

I had one from November as well. I inquired about it in April and was paid in May. I had to email them about it.

What's your definition of "Longer than usual?" Isn't their average wait time still 3 to 5 months? Mine took 4 months to receive after contacting them, and that's "fast" for them.

It is usually 5 months for m e but I am going on 7. I just emailed.

Couple weeks ago I had 2 from December and February and I emailed about them and they then finally went from pending to approved and couple weeks later got paid.

Time frame for payment is ridiculous yet I still do the surveys, have another cashout in May and getting up in points to cashout again soon. This is the worst survey site for length of time for paying. Not sure why they take so long, you just have to email at 4 months if you haven't been paid.

I ended up filing a BBB complaint since I had multiple payments pending from November all the way to April and kept getting canned email responses. I was paid a few days later and then dropped them. Too many complaints about payments and not enough surveys anymore so it just wasn't worth it. Good luck to those of you waiting on payments.

Yes, waiting for a payment that was requested 7/5...soon to be 3 months.
