Emirates is offering their companion fare again. Probably all of the US hubs of Emirates are covered for travel between Jan 9 to October 17, 2017. Book by Nov 30, 2016. Total is about 1500 (varies a little depending on date and destination).
must book for two people in the same itinerary. Remember to use USVISAC coupon for Visa Checkout (have not tried it but this should work).

WARNING: Emirates will cancel BOTH TICKETS if one passenger is unable to travel. I speak from unfortunate experience with a similar deal... one person couldn't make the trip, so Emirates would not allow anyone else to fly - even though everyone was at the gate on time. And they only refunded the tax. BEWARE!

Prices I'm seeing are $1850+, which works out to $925 per person. I did a search of 2 weekends Saturday travel both ways to BOM from JFK. If you look on skiplagged, you can find fares for as low as $665 on these weekends with many options available for less than $900. Also, the coupon code you posted does not work.

Did anyone able to book a ticket with this code? I get single ticket for around $750 (IAD to DEL), but that code doesn't work. So seems like regular price is $750 each without the code.

soo much more comfortable than I would have ever expected.. the seats are bigger than our economy, they had TVs on the back of every seat with really new movies, food was good, free adult beverages... as comfortable as you can get for a 12 hour flight... well worth it. if you have a baby, they even have bassinets in the bulkheads so the baby can sleep and you don't have to hold them the whole time.
