Verizon Wireless is offering the iPhone SE for just $5/mo for 24-months after monthly bill credits. No trade-in is required for this deal (unlike the iPhone 7 deal). This is only valid for Cyber Monday.

Also, I confirmed with a live chat representative that new lines ported in receive a $200 Visa Gift Card automatically via mail.

Man, it would be great if Tmo matched this offer. It would be close to the rumored $100 SE that never happened.

SOB - I just picked up my Iphone SE on Saturday from the $10.00 a month deal last week.
Anyone know if I have any recourse?

Don't they give 14 days for a return? You may have to pay a restocking fee but you'll probably still save money if you get this deal instead.

I'd imagine you don't even need to return. Customer service will likely be able to credit you if you say you're just going to return.

Would love to get my mother this as a gift, but I don't want her paying any more than she already is (even though it's just $5.)

Wish I could just buy it with a one-time payment.

Yes. Here is what their site says:

$399.99 device payment purchase on iPhone SE 16 GB req'd. Less $279.84 bill credit applied over 24 mos; credit starts in 2-3 cycles & ends when balance paid or line transferred/terminated; 0% APR. Line must remain in good standing.

I agree, it is inconvenient for cases like that. You do have the option of simply paying $120 on the account (+tax) and it'll be applied to her next bill(s). Applies all of it up front, so it doesn't save her the $5/month..but it does net out the same in the long run.
