I just installed 8GB (2x4GB) of G-SKILL [newegg.com] PC3-12800 non-ECC RAM on this "server" and it took them w/o a problem.

Yay, finally! In for one. Been not so patiently waiting for the price to drop back down since I missed it last week.

If anyone who buys one of these decides to replace the memory, shoot me a PM as I'd be interested in buying your 4GB stick.

T20 is good for building a NAS, right? I bought the QNAP 451+ but have been debating since!

really wish these things dropped even more. sub 200 would be better buy for me. They've been hovering in this 250-270 range for what seems like years now. The processors are a couple generations old now, it's hard to buy any more of these at the same price point.
I was really hoping for a sub $150ish i3 version this black friday, but have been disappointed so far

But to your question.
Pros of the dell: no rebates, i think it will easily fit more hdd, comes with 1 tb

Pros of lenovo: no tax, 1226v3 has gpu capabiilties (dont believe the 1225v3 does)
