That Node 202 case with power supply is intriguing. With the right board you could get a much more powerful video card in there than a mini-ITX normally allows. A straight mezzanine riser wouldn't work since the fans on the card would be pointed the wrong way. At least none that I've seen available. The may be a riser that has the right alignment, leaving clearance as the remaining issue.

Does anyone know of an LGA1151 board that would work to get a double slot width card running in this case?

One second look, I think I misinterpreted the layout. The video board wouldn't be above the motherboard and should have no clearance problem. A riser like this should do the trick:
