Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Directors, officers, members, managers, and employees of Redbox Automated Retail, LLC ("Sponsor") and any of its respective parent companies, affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising, promotional, public relations, and fulfillment agencies, consultants, legal counsel, website providers, web masters, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and "step" child, wherever they may live) of each are not eligible to win any prize. Selection and Notification of Winners:
On or about January 16, 2017 Sponsor will select the names of winners for each of the 60 prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries for each Daily Period of the Sweepstakes at Sponsor's headquarters located at One Tower Lane, Suite 900, Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois 60181. For clarity, the winners for each Daily Period will be drawn from among all eligible entries received for that Daily Period and will be eligible for the particular type of prize announced for that Daily Period by Sponsor. Mail-in entries will be eligible for a chance to win a prize for the Daily Period on which the mail-in entry was postmarked. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each Daily Period. Your method of entry does not impact your chances of winning. Each potential winner will be notified via text or manual phone call to the phone number or message to the email account listed on the mail-in entry used to enter the Sweepstakes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor may require each potential winner to sign and return, within seven days of being notified, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release & Federal Tax forms in order to claim his/her prize. If (i) the attempted notification is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address; (ii) any required documents are not returned within seven days, such as an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and Federal Tax Forms; or (iii) if potential winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. That from Redbox rather then the idea that they did some kind of selling of our numbers is what is important here.
If u signed up for the text club game club you already agreeded to a very similar T.O.S.
Yes, it is true that Redbox was recently acquired by a private firm, but so far their is no evidence that anything has changed regarding our privacy.
Also there is a second thread for this deal. Cant get time details or url lunks to report which ever is the slightly older post to merge them together. Perhaps someone can mod alert & merge them
