Nest Protect Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (2nd Gen) - $59.91 + tax at Sams Club (In-store Only)

Sam's Club has the Nest Protect smoke and carbon monoxide detector (2nd Gen) for $59.91 + tax (wired and battery powered). Price is valid for in-store purchases only as the online price is listed at $98.00. So YMMV. This price beats last month's in-club only price of $74.88.

I included a screen shot of the in-store display. Good luck!

I bought one today (wired), rang up at the $75 price. $60 is an awesome price if you can get it.

No Sams Clubs in my state anymore, Walmarts everywhere though. Boo! Angry

Great price though...I just got my price mistake Nest 3 from home Depot, wanted this to go with it.

Great price OP! Just check out the reviews on the protect. Some people have no probs while others report constant false alarms. Not sure if nest finally fixed the problems...

I think they upgraded it. It's now 2nd generation.

Debating whether to get this or the Z-wave First Alert CO/Smoke Alarm. I have to get 6 and these are expensive. Don't you have to replace these in 10 years?

Yes, 10 years is their shelf life. When you activate the detector the manufacture date is sent to Nest and when it reaches the 10 year mark, Nest deactivates it and it will no longer function.
