I would say this set is actually a better deal:

It's $70 more but includes an impact driver. Furthermore, both the drill and impact driver are the new more compact versions. The reciprocating saw is also different but I'm not sure as to exactly what. And more importantly, this set comes with better batteries. The P102's included in the other set are Ryobi's worst battery. If they get fully discharged too often the charger will think the battery is bad and won't even bother attempting to charge them. Never use one in any tool where you might fully discharge it such as a blower or string trimmer. Never leave one inserted in a tool either. They pretty much have to be used and then immediately put on a charger.

Good deal and very tempting. If it was the 6 1/2 circular saw I would have jumped on it already.

Already owning most of the Ryobi tools and looking at the ONE+ 18-Volt Impact Wrench Kit $129, showing OOS.

excellent deal. these small cordless miter saws are definitely handy. small and lightweight, they are quick to take out and make a few quick cuts, then put back away. I have the Craftsman C3 version (they are nearly identical).

this is an incredible deal, just make sure to pick up a bare tool impact driver on ebay. then you have a complete set. you'll be glad you did

Can you return these individually or is it in one set?

I bought the $99 two tool, two battery deal from earlier and returned the second tool for $45, keeping the batteries, charger and drill and then using the credit towards an impact wrench.
I I'm guessing this is one set in one box

I have bought two ryobi drills over the course of 10 years. They both stopped working,as in the mechanicals inside snapped. I bought a ridgid drill that costs the same as this entire kit. It has been a tank. Just saying you get what you pay for. For light use every once in a while this will work. If you are planning to build a deck or something like that, buy something a bit more reliable. My experiences only. 😊
I'd have to agree. While this is pretty good deal on a homeowner set, the moment you try to use it for heavy duty work you'll see where this set falls short. I also owned numerous Ryobi drills and a craftsman which I have since sold. I'm down to one Ryobi drill which never gets used. It was while working on building a deck that I really saw the difference in quality. My contracted friend swears by Ridgid. During the job, I purchased the Ridgid drill and impact driver set which came with the larger batteries and they last forever and are incredibly powerful. Makes other homeowner grade drills feel like toys. I believe Ridgid has an incredible warrantee as well.

The few times I tried mine, the circular saw (and presumably the miter also) is somewhat disappointing with the compact battery (especially if the battery wasn't just topped off) so it may be worth budgeting for a 4ah battery as well when those go clearance again in a couple months if you get this set.
