help me please pair Harmony hub to amazon fire tv 4k

I'm having a hard time pairing amazon fire tv with the harmony hub

I added the device through search the devices connected to my wifi through the Harmony app.

then trying to use the device on the app , it asks you to do the pairing .. you start pairing ..

then go to amazon tv settings / and a new Bluetooth device / discover /

I tried the 3 options to add a remote :
Bluetooth remote
game remote
other Bluetooth devices ..

amazon fire tv cant see the hub ... Anyone have hints on how to do the pairing ,, I have been trying for few days

NOTE: Gen 2 steps are different to Gen 1. Read the instructions and make sure you use the gen 2 steps(I think you have the 4k Fire TV?). The app has 2 sets of instructions.

I've paired both gen 1 & 2 Fire tv's to hubs. Just this week added my gen 1 to a new hub.

If that doesn't work, delete the device and remove it from any activities. Then exit the app to update the hub.

Then start over, following the instructions above.

I had similar issues a few days ago when I tried to pair my Fire TV 4k to the harmony hub. What worked for me was rebooting the fire tv and redoing the activity. I believe I utilized the "other" devices vs. the game bluetooth device.
