This is the compact drill. Feels much better than the standard drill IMHO...

Also the better/stronger impact driver is on the bare tool list... So for about the same price as the basic drill and impact combo on sale, you can get the upgraded models...

Hammer driver or impact drive. Which would be more useful?

Note I have a hammer drive from Harbor freight. The battery is failing and I want to replace it with something better

I find myself using the impact driver I got a few months ago, quite frequently. I think it has plenty of power for my applications.
