In the same boat here. Will wait for the billing cycle to end to switch.

What's the deal with roaming on MetroPCS? Wondering if there's any benefit to going with MetroPCS over Mint SIM, which just has native T-Mo coverage but is only ~$17 a month per line for 2gb of data per line ($25 if you want 5gb).

Thinking of switching to MetroPCS (from Sprint). It's 6GB per line, but if a line has like 1GB used and another already used up 6GB, can it take from the remaining 5GBs on the other account? Anyone know?

Not sure about the roaming since I never checked it but had coverage pretty much everywhere I have used it so far.

Spoke to Shane at customer service and you have to go to a store to get this deal. I will try calling back later to see if I get the same answer.

She indicated to me that you need to go to the store to have it switched. I just rolled over 2 days ago.

That has to be a typo. They want ports from other carriers I would think. T-Mobile is parent company of MetroPCS

I was charged $10 for each sim card which is what they charge online.

I called the store that I activated my account from and he was surprised that they could not change the plan in the phone. This was not a corporate store though.
