Very reliable switches. Great for replacing 3-way switches.

Very good deal. I am really happy with the Lutron system at my house. Siri doesn't work very well with Caseta switches for some reason, but Alexa works exceedingly well. It always understands which switch I am talking about.

How do you have everything named? I'm struggling with a good naming scheme.

Anyone else have a comment on this deal. Been loving Hue and Alexa for a while now. Looking to upgrade my ability to control lights with candelabra lights since Hue bulbs don't work for those.

How's the range from their hub to the lights? That's my only concern with these. Want to install one for a kitchen bank of about 10 led pot lights. This works with led bulbs right?

major plus on these is it takes minutes to setup and no need for neutral wire which many older houses don't have. got mine working including install first switch in under 30 minutes. this is all you need to make 2 lights work. only negative is I can't find any motion detection devices to say trigger one of these switches.

mine working flawless for over a month. software allows absolute time on and off and Dawn and dusk. have outdoor light come on around dusk and turn off around midnight using led dimmable bulb.

The spec lists that the hub must be within 30' through objects such as walls or 60' line of sight in all directions. Lutron is normally conservative, so you may get reliable performance from further distances.

Doesn't really seem that practical for a larger house. May give it a shot though. Beats putting hue lights into every pot light when u can just put in this one switch

Lutron has systems that are intended for larger homes like RadioRA2 and Homework QS. This deal is perfect for someone looking to get their feet wet with home automation.

Lutron has a team dedicated to testing their dimmers with different LED bulbs and publishes their findings at
Lutron.com/DimCFLLED. Launch the LED compatibility tool, select find a dimmer, then select Cree as the brand and enter the model number of your bulb and it will list the dimmers that are supported.

Chances are that your bulb will dim if it is listed as dimmable, but the LED market is still all over the place as far as performance goes. The tool is your best bet to figure out compatibility between your bulb and this dimmer.
