Just released today and is "temporarily out of stock" but you can still order. It ships and is sold by Amazon, so returns shouldn't be an issue if need be. Should help with Vue. $30 is better than paying $80+ for the hub if you already have a Logitech remote.

"Supports All 57 PS4 Commands
The Harmony Receiver supports all 57 PS4 commands, so you can control the XrossMediaBar (XMB), DVD and Blu-Ray movies, and all other console functions—including powering the PS4 On and Off."

nothing, it's just cheaper if you have an older remote

This will turn the PS4 on which the hub currently does not do. It was the only missing command

No Harmony remote works with all ps4 apps. What is needed is a way to emulate the ps4 controller on all menus/apps. If this is able to do that then it could be an improvement. Right now even with the Harmony- remote limitations make it a 2nd rate device for an all in one media solution.

I have the Harmony Elite it works fine using bluetooth connection. Is this worth the $30 just to be able to turn it on? Mine turns on when I turn on the controller so not really a big deal

anyone know where I can just get the IR code set? I want to use this with my automation system and not the junk harmony remotes. All this device does is convert the IR codes to either Bluetooth or sends them via USB to the PS4. In theory any universal remote should work with this assuming you have all the IR codes. Does anyone who's owns a harmony know if they have the actual PS4 codes in their database yet?

Where was this earlier this year!? I scrapped the Harmony One for the hub and it can't control Vue. I've just switched to the PS4 remote.

Will this also work on my PS3? I have the ir adapter for the PS3 and trying to avoid a clutter around my setup.

it still baffles me that the PS4 didn't allow that (turning it on via harmony hub). Very annoying.

Got a Harmony hub and remote just for the PS4. Not thrilled. The whole turning on thing is incredibly annoying. The fact that it doesn't work with Plex is perplexing. Moving around in the primary PS4 UI is laggy.

This would have been much cheaper since I was replacing a perfectly fine Harmony One. Not real happy with Harmony or Sony at the moment.
