Samsung 7.2 Cu. Ft. Electric Dryer with Moisture Sensor $383

Posted 01-02-2017 by TeddyKGBee at 05:58 AM
This may not be super slick, but if you're looking for a new dryer, this is a pretty good deal. I was able to have lowes price match and picked it up in stock. It's really hard to find a decent dryer over 7.0 capacity with some decent features. Most $300 to $399 dryers are the small economy lines of major brands. Used this for a few loads and so far works great.

Letting the masses know about a brand is trolling? Geez this place has become so soft! Wink

Only a fool would buy a washer/dryer made by Sammy. You know how much the parts cost you WILL need? lol
I wish there was a button for giving negative rep points!

What does "You know how much the parts cost you WILL need?" mean. I have read this mangled sentence like 6 times and can't wrap my head around this.

AKA be prepared to buy control boards that cost as much as a new dryer lol.

Yes, it will cost $92 at repair clinic. The whirlpool cabrio board is $290 at Sears parts direct. Belts, fuses, and basic other parts are all in the same range. Now, I know that may be high but all of these scare tactics about part costs is ridiculous. Every brand is expensive. This is an inexpensive dryer that has good reviews. There is no reason to use incoherent sentences to try and make a unsubstantiated point.

Do not buy this. Mine were recalled last year. Samsung no longer makes good products. My samsung fridge also became a huge paper weight 3 months after i bought it.

Sammy appliances are garbage.
Be prepared to replace control boards every 2-3 years.

I'm not big on Samsung but we've had a Samsung dryer for about 6 years that hasn't had any problems. It'll probably go out now lol.
