I turn the prepaid credit cards into Amazon gift cards that I give myself. I just load them into my Amazon account and use them when convenient.

They never processed their own rebates in-house. All old forms prior to January 1st, 2017 used VelocityCX as the processor, which had a high tendency to issue checks, no matter what the form said.

At least the last 2 or 3 FAR/Cheap AR software titles posted recently (AVG, Acronis and Nuance) have been using Worldwide Rebates/4MyRebate as the processor.

While 4MyRebate is much faster at processing, and does allow you to view scans of your rebate documentation.... they will ONLY issue MasterCard Prepaid Cards unless the value of the rebate is less than $5. These MasterCard Prepaid Cards truthfully suck.

1) They expire in full after 4 Months. They don't just take out activity fees, all the funds are gone.
2) They do not offer any additional incentive at retailers. (i.e. the Antec Visas have 5% re-load bonus for purchases at Kmart, Staples, etc.)
3) Someone correct me if I'm wrong here, but the way I remember it is this:
If 4MyRebate issues the payment at the end of the month, for example, rebate payment is sent on 01/28/17. The card you receive will have an expiration date of 04/30/17. It is not 4 months from when the card is sent or anything like the old TigerDirect AMEX Cards. The cards expire at the end of the 4th month from the date of issue, no matter if it is sent at the beginning of the month or end.

Any feedback on this product? Would this be good for someone who has arthritis/neuropathy and is looking to take the pain out of everyday typing?

I've never done a Newegg rebate and hear mixed reviews on them, so that makes me a little nervous, but FAR+shipping is tempting.

Newegg rebates are slow but extremely reliable.

Btw. I'm getting ShopRunner eligible.

Most recent Newegg/Newegg rebates have been processed by rebateaccess. This rebate is processed by 4myrebate -- the same processor that did TigerDirect's rebates.

FWIW, I have had good success with both processors.

I've never had a problem with a Newegg rebate. As for Naturally Speaking in my opinion it's not worth $2.99.
I would get 100% accuracy with their test/training text and then not be able to read enough of what I dictated to be able to correct it.
Or as the software unintentionally recorded my opinion, "Sake pieces shipped."
As for my diction and (lack of) accent, I worked for a number of years as on-air personality and recorded hundreds of radio commercials. When I complained their tech support offered to sell me a different version "that works". Later I learned that they were replacing the version they sold me. But after the initial period you have to pay I think it was $35 just to contact them for any reason.
I bought NS from another big online computer seller and the reviews there were pretty good. Of course they later refused my review. (NOT Newegg.)

expected or expired? load into your amazon account via amazon gift card or make a one time payment to Verizon or any utility that allows one time payments without fees. Or your cable bill if you have one. or some load into paypal by swiping the card and taking the small paypal transaction fee.

I used Nuance Dragon NaturallySpeaking extensively to dictate notes and important passages from my textbooks into Word documents while earning my graduate degree. It was extremely helpful for me.

I always buy Walmart cards with them so they never expire.
