Edison Light Bulb - Need a white light

521 13 January 10, 2017 at 06:43 AM
We love the look of our light fixtures with the Edison light bulbs but HATE the light it gives off. a Very pale yellow that looks dingy and keeps the areas a bit dark. Anyone suggest an Edision LED light bulb that give off a white light and are bright?

What do you mean by "Edison light bulb"? Tecnically, that would describe almost all incandescent light bulbs since T Edison is credited (not entirely correctly) with having invented them. WIth respect to "modern" light bulbs, "Edison" usually refers to the screw-in base on what most people think of as being "normal" household bulbs (and it will have a number as well as the "Edison" designation), but it sounds like you mean something else. But what that is, isn't at all apparent.

All Edison type light bulbs are going to be amber-ish it's a nostalgic glow of the period.
