I've been watching this very eBay listing since last November.

This TV was a $1199 deal one time ($1299 -$100 ebay bucks)
https://slickdeals.net/f/9458107-sharp-aquos-n9000-65-hdr-4k-ultra-hd-smart-3d-curved-led-hdtv-1-299-buydig-via-ebay?v=1&src=SiteSearch

It was also a front page deal once
https://slickdeals.net/f/9296743-65-sharp-aquos-n9000-4k-curved-uhd-hdr-smart-3d-led-hdtv-300-newegg-gc-1699-free-shipping?v=1

What is interesting is that "3D" word used to be prominently displayed in the title, in both eBay listing and buydig website, and I swear that it was also in title and specification on the Sharp website. Now this word is missing although it is still in the "item specifics" in this eBay listing. Also the lone Amazon reviewer mentioned that it is not 3D. My guess is that 3D feature may have been removed in firmware update?

Some review links taken out of above deal forum,

Here is the review of the similar model Hisense 65H10C

finally found a 4k video of this display in motion and a review

(interesting review but in Chinese)

According to the AVS Forum link somebody posted, this does not have HDR.

It claims to be "HDR compatible," which people on the AVS forum interpret means it can *RECEIVE* an HDR signal, but it won't *DISPLAY* in HDR. And that will only be for HDMI ports 3&4 (the 2.0 ports).

Furthermore, the Sharp website does not have any firmware updates listed, which casts doubt on the line in the advertisement: "- There is a USB firmware update available starting on December 29th, 2016 that will support HDR from HDMI 3 & 4"

Unless someone can actually point to some place that officially claims this tv can output an HDR signal, could we maybe remove "HDR" from the title and specs please?

Are there any reviews on this TV? I can't seem to find any. I've been waiting for a deal on a 65" close to $1000 and this checks all the boxes.

There's like no reviews on this. Specs seem nice but hard to know...

Looks like it might be only 60hz. Cnet has the "enhanced" refresh rate as 120hz....

Does buydig ship the tv by trucking or ups? Just got one, can't beat the price for a top of the line sharp. It's a FALD.

Thanks. If it is indeed a rebadged Hisense 65H10, it should be native 120Hz. Then again, they advertise WCG but only have 8-bit color...

Also the ad itself contains these two notes, which I didn't see at first:

- High Dynamic Range (HDR)-Compatible - Supports HDR from USB input
.
.
.
- There is a USB firmware update available starting on December 29th, 2016 that will support HDR from HDMI 3 & 4

One more thing... I have purchased once from this seller before and had a great experience.

With these curved TVs, it looks like it won't support standard VESA mounting so I can't mount this to the wall, right?

I believe curved samsungs use VESA mounting, e.g., the 55" KS8500 (curved) and KS8000 (flat) both use VESA 400x400. Not sure about other brands.
