New York's Hotel Pennsylvania is a host hotel for the 141st Annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, scheduled February 13th and 14th, 2017. This property, located in midtown Manhattan is offering exclusive rates, services & amenities.

Rates on the website advertised to at $99 but I was only able to find $139 per night. Even at $139 per night, it's damn good for a midtown Manhattan hotel. Based on availability.

Search for your rate and book it directly with Hotel Penn New York [hotelpenn.com]

Rates also available for your travelling pet(s). See link for their rates.

As a NYer, please please do NOT stay in that dump!!! Only people who haven't been warned stay there. There is a reason it is cheap. It is disgusting. You have been warned.

stayed there a whole week 2007 or so. Roach motel in the heart of NYC. bed bugs, crack heads, shower faucet that closes toward the hot water scolding you when you are done... ugh..

You get what you pay for with this hotel. IMHO find a nice AirBNB spot out in a borough and take the trains in to Manhattan. I like Queens, Astoria, Long Island, etc.

I gotta say, I've seen a lot of <200$ a night hotels in NY, and they're all dumps, even the nice ones.

Just try not to get beg bugs. No one is hanging out in their hotel anyway.

Absolutely insane. Queens is 35-40 min commute into Manhattan.

Get a cardboard box right up along Times Square.

Gotta echo what everyone else has already said - this place is a total dump! It will forever be cemented in my mind as the worst and most disgusting place I've ever stayed.

(Just in case I wasn't clear: I wouldn't stay there again if it were FREE)

this Is like some of those casinos in vegas that are cheap. just because they're cheap doesn't mean they're good. most are trash, and even the expensive ones are turning into overpriced flea motels (here's looking at you wynn, palms, and green valley ranch (really all of the station casinos I've stayed at were/are shit).

This place definitely has crawlers. Was "fortunate" enough to pull down the sheets and find some during my first and only stay not too long along.
