Was just in Walmart and saw the Visio D70 was reduced from $799 to $549.

https://www.walmart.com/ip/VIZIO-...V/48194221 does not seem to have updated price but http://brickseek.com/walmart-inve...u=48194221 seems to show updated price for most stores near me.

I know people have previously posted closer to $300 but they all seem to have been ghost deals.

A store near me is showing 3 in stock at the 549 price. However, when I choose that local store, and add to the cart and go through checkout, it keeps showing the 998 price.

I've forgotten how this stuff works with walmart.

Assuming they actually have it, was the deal that you order online at the higher price, and at pickup time, it'll automatically refund you the difference of what you paid vs store price?

There's quite a few in my area, debating whether I should bite on this. 👀

Seems slick, but for flipping this is a big beast of a box to handle.
We got in on a 65 Inch deal back in the summery on the 4K vizio for our living room. I would have liked to had the 70, but losing the 4K now, I'm not sure its worth it.

I placed an order for store pickup. I paid $998.00 but brickseek is showing $549. I guess I will get a refund for the difference when I pickup the TV from the store.

Anyone with a Discover card can get this for $299. That, to me, is worth it even if its not 4k.

$549 is the in-store price that it will ring up as.I have heard you will be refunded if doing in store pickup but ive never tried that.

So if a local store has it for $799 you're SOL?

I just did the same thing. Hopefully they will honor the refund, if not I will just return it.

Thanks and Repped!

You have to buy in store. They may honor the price upon pickup but there is no chance the clearance price will be used on an online order.

Pretty much unless you run into an incompetent manager that will price match another Walmart.
