Costco -Blue Diamond Almond Flour-3lbs $12.99 in store !!

Just got back from Costco and finally they had almond flour, been waiting forever hoping they would stock some.! My wife has been on a low carb diet for years so we use this for baking, makes a decent pancake or waffle also. This looks like it is much more finely milled than most other ones we use and anyone who buys this will know what a great price this is,hope they keep stocking.Currently over $7 a pound for Bobs Red Mill at Amazon and this appears to be a better product.

This is a really good flour for Keto, and even better, it's available through Google Express.

Thanks OP, I was just at my local store asking for almond flour. They didn't have it, but after seeing your post, I called and was told another nearby store (New Rochelle, NY) has it for $13.89. Out of desperation I was going to settle for Bob's Red Mill, which is expensive.

i've been using Trader Joe's Almond Meal (Flour) for 8-9 years

over the years the price has gone from about $4/pound to $7/pound

i found the quality better than Bob's

I was going to try Trader Joe's next, but given the price increase, I'll stick with Blue Diamond.

Has anyone tried all three? If so, what are your thoughts?

Forgive my ignorance, but how well does this replace other flours in recipes?

Unless you're doing low carb, it's really not worth it. It doesn't rise as much as regular flour, people on low carb gets cravings for breads and pastries and this is their healthy alternative.
