Great price and length, but Reviews seem iffy as everyone has given 4 or 5 stars, with little to no explanation. Maybe a good deal for some, not sure if I want to charge my Pixel with it though.

Hard to gamble on expensive devices with unverified cables, especially with the questionable reviewers.

Isn't Omaker a pretty legit brand? They have other cables 4.5/5 stars with 800+ reviews and other products same ratings with almost 4800 reviews.

Maybe these are new?

I'm giving it shot. Doubt there will be issues but let's see =P

giving it a shot, been looking for longer C to C cable. there are apps to test the cable to make sure it gives right amount of voltage.

There's little risk of fried electronics with USB-C to USB-C. Leung's problem was with USB-C to USB-A.

(In for 1 USB-C to USB-C)

Question...if you know. The new 15'' Macbooks Pros use a USB-C to USB-C connection from the power adapter to the unit.

Would this cord work for something higher powered like a laptop connection ?

Don't think this has a 56k ohm resistor.

This has outlived its usefulness, and I am not even sure he continues to actively test. I ordered one of each, for $4 there isn't much to loose.

How do you know? I sent an email to Omaker asking. If they say no I will return to Amazon for reason "item not as described" For cheap stuff like this they usually just give you your money back and tell you to keep it.
