Previously Costco had the following deal, which I opted for over the HomeDepot Pro 2000 at the time. I have not yet received it, and there aren't many reviews on it. Has anyone used BOTH the Premier 1300 and the Pro 2000 and can compare them in real world at-home use? My delivery is slated to come Wednesday, and wondering if I should cancel and order the 2000 after all. Same exact price... The decline on the 2000 and wider running area seem to be the biggest differences.

Just a heads up for those that can wait...Costco will start clearancing these down in Feb-March. We got our ProForm treadmill (which we are very happy with) mid March 2 years ago for $299 (originally 899) in store. The boxes are so big they will clearance them down quickly to make room for spring/summer outdoor and sporting gear.

so you got the proform pro2000 on clearance in-store?

the only treadmill I saw in the last month was the proform trainer 8.0 , which there were no reviews anywhere.

I've missed prior opportunities to buy the Pro 2000 model...which seems to be very highly rated. There seem to be advantages to getting this from Costco. I'd welcome any thoughts on whether this might be discounted further in the coming month or two?

The Pro Form website lists this as a 22 x 60 belt. Is the Costco version a narrower belt?

I think that's the question. i.e. every other place including manufacturer state this is 22x60. So is the costco site wrong or is Costco selling a different version?

If I were to buy an Icon Fitness product, I'd buy from Costco. In case of no aftersale/technical support, which has been widely reported by people all over the Internet, I can always return to them. Amazon won't budge after 30 days and won't likely help even if you bought an extended warranty from a third party on their Web site.

Looks like one of the differences is 2 inches more of running belt width

Definitely going to watch out for that. Then again, I don't own a truck. For that price it'll definitely be worth renting

Note Amazon has assembly for $75 or so for this. Might be worth it.
