Disney Princess Cinderella Royal Dreams Wooden Dollhouse w/ Furniture $30-49 @ Walmart YMMV

Another Christmas leftover - originally $149, now as low as $30. I picked one up a few days ago at $49 and finally figured out how to get the correct SKU for Brickseek as the item number on Walmarts page never worked. Found them showing in stock as low as $30

For anyone like me that couldn't figure it out, it's not the Walmart item number listed in the item description that Brickseek wants (which in this case is Walmart #: 554865592), it's the 8 digit number in the middle of the Walmart URL which is 47826511.

Anyway, this thing is mostly wood (staircases and furniture are plastic) but seems to be pretty stout for the money - definitely better than the all-plastic Barbie Dream house. Nearly 5 feet tall.

If anyone is near Chantilly, VA - they have 3 @ $30. A bit too far of a drive for me.

my daughter got one of these for her birthday. she loves it but it was a nightmare to put together but I guess that's to be expected. there were no stickers to put on so that was a plus. 30 dollars would be an easy choice for me to buy if I didn't already own one.

4 near me for 30. At that price I'll bite. She currently has a disney castle. It's falling apart and is way too big. This one seems smaller. A perfect birthday gift.

Picked up the very last one at our Walmart in the clearance section. It's huge!
I went for the Sofia the first castle and barbie pack and 2step kitchen but they didn't have any of those.
Got the Cinderella castle for $30 it's huge! And a Doc Mcstuffins doctor/vet station for $15. All in the clearance area.

have 6 nearby @ the $49 price what do you think of resale value on these? anyone know what these go for on CL or Offerup or even if worth it
Honestly I don't think it's worth the trouble. They're big and heavy. Easier targets out there for resale if you're into that.

Yeah, the clearance aisle has been pretty good lately. Been stocking up for next Christmas and birthdays.

A nearby store says that they have 47 in stock. Could that be true?

We have a storage bin with each one of our grandkids names on them and as we find stuff we figure out who for and fill the bin. When their birthday approaches we'll draw from the bin if appropriate and when we get closer to Christmas we empty the bins and supplement as needed.

Stuff does move from person to person and at Christmas if we find stuff in the bins that doesn't work for any of the kids we'll donate those to Toys4Tots or similar.

Between the clearance aisle and a local thrift store that sells mostly Target shopworn/returned goods (stupid cheap Legos with damaged boxes are my favorite ) we are able to spoil the kiddies for much less than it looks like we do.

Not knowing where you live or what sells in your area I don't know. I recommended against it because it's $49 in your area - add tax and most likely you're around $55. This retailed new for $150 and on a good day it'd probably pull $80 here. $25 is not worth it IMO for all the work involved (box is big and 20+ pounds). When I've bought to resell I've had the best luck with small electronics that are heavily discounted and can be shipped inexpensively so it opens up ebay and amazon.
