I found this Limited Time Sale on Amazon for the SENSO Bluetooth Headphones, Best Wireless Sports Earphones w/ Mic IPX7 Waterproof HD Stereo Sweatproof Earbuds for Gym Running Workout 8 Hour Battery Noise Cancelling Headsets. [amazon.com]

They are normally priced at $169.99 and are priced now for $35.97

It looks like you can get them on ebay for $44.99, the nearest lowest price I saw.

A couple thoughts about the price:
  • The list price of $169.99, like many products on Amazon, is greatly exaggerated. According to a price tracker website, the average price for this product is $33.91.
  • Like many third-party merchants on Amazon, Senso seems to have thrown on the "sale" designation in order to boost sales, but I personally wouldn't consider this a sale price.
Several thoughts about the product itself, which I started using approximately a week ago, despite purchasing them in September 2016:
  • Pro: My first observation is that this is the most well-designed and packaged Bluetooth headphones I have ever had that didn't come from a major manufacturer (e.g., Beats, Sony, Bose).
  • Pro: The product description states that there are "premium quality accessories." I actually do agree and am not used to Bluetooth headphones that come with add-ons, and these actually look nice and feel like they're well-designed.
    • Other than the expected 3 eartip sizes, other items include a wire tie, a carry case that's pretty darn nice, a dual-port car charger, a short charging cable, and a 3-foot charging cable.
  • Other features listed on the box are the following:
    • Pro: Up to 8 hours playback: This seems to be rather accurate. My previous Bluetooth headphones only had 4 hours of playback, so I was surprised these actually last so long. For reference, the ~$200 Beats Powerbeats 3 [beatsbydre.com] have up to 12 hours of battery life.
    • Pro: Integrated mic and hands-free calling: I only used it a few times while walking in a quiet street, but it worked well.
    • Neutral: Comfort gel tips and comfort silicone fit: These were fine and I'm happy with them, but they're very generic.
    • Pro: Control media playback: This feature works well.
    • Pro: Tangle-resistant cable: One of my biggest pet peeves of earphones is cables that tangle easily. Fortunately, these do not tangle.
    • Pro: Wireless up to 30 feet: I was able to continue listening to music at least 25 feet away and with a wall between the earphones and my phone.
    • Neutral: Pure HD sound. The sound is pretty generic for a pair of Bluetooth headphones.
    • I haven't tested the following: sweat proof and IPX7 waterproof rating.
  • Pro: The ear loops are surprisingly comfortable, even when I have eyeglasses and sunglasses on. I have never used ear loops and was a bit concerned about interference with glasses.
  • Con: Noise-cancelling: Nope. I commute on a train daily and these do not cancel any noise - they don't even really isolate noise. This is truly my biggest issue with these headphones. Despite "Noise Cancelling" in its product title, it simply does not do it.

Yeah, I did check other prices...google shopping really, but this is still lower than that, so thought it was still worth mentioning.

I appreciate you sharing this deal regardless. I actually like these headphones for the most part. I shared my thoughts about the product itself in the updated post above.

I have been doing a little research and for the price and the battery I think I will give them a try. I bought another pair from an Amazon deal for less then $30 and they lasted about a year. having some issues aside from losing parts on it. Prior to that I had the LG HB700 and when thru two of them. I think for me it may be more cost effective to get something like this every year or so. With the wear and tear I give them it doesn't make sense to spend allot when they don't take the abuse.
