After the annual price increase and no love from retentions, I've disconnected altogether.

My home Internet is now powered by tmobile tethering.

My home router is now powered by a free tablet on a free line with unlimited tethering, from some black Friday deals, and I work from home and USB tether my phone to my computer and it's been great.

We can stream Netflix via the free Roku from the SlingTV offer (I don't expect HD quality over the tmobile tethering, but it's pretty good, and really just for watching kid shows with....the kids. )

We may go back to Comcast on a new customer deal like these in a while, so I'm still getting the deal alerts, but for now we'll save the $50+/month thanks to other deals from SlickDeals.

Got this.

1st day of service they send me an email that my account has changed.

They raised the price to 39.99.

Thankfully I bought my own modem and everything so I returned it to Best Buy. Filed an FCC complaint. And closed the account.

Now I'm with FIOS and THANK GOD. def dodged a bullet there lol.

These are not a deal at all. They are regular price.

$19.99 for $25mbps and $29.99 for $50 mbps is a decent deal. I have been paying $19.99 for 25mbps for the past 4 years with comcast.

you just call to cancel every 6 to 12 months and stay in your plan.

I wish these internet prices were in my area. 20 bucks for 25 Mbps? I'm having to pay 60 after tax as part of a tv HBO bundle. If I bought internet separately, it would be 65 for 25 Mbps.

when they say basic tv what does that include? Does it include a box? Rental fees? Modem fees?

Depends highly on your region. In Philadelphia this these are discounted rates.
