Solid price for a new unit. The only annoying limitation is NFC only Samsung Pay, meaning it won't work in many terminals which do not support NFC payments. The S3 supports both magnetic stripe emulation and NFC. The only other difference is LTE support on the newer model, which is franky irrelevant considering the lack of applications which can really utilize that bandwidth.

P.S. If you are considering the T-Mobile variant of the S3, get it directly from Samsung for $80 cheaper ($60 less MSRP and no SIM kit fee) - currently $349: http://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/...65tdaatmb/

Calling CS to see if we really need to have a cellular line with them in order to buy, the description says that you must buy the 20 dollar sim and thats it.

Thanks OP! This is a great deal! TU! I added a wearables line through b E F r u g A l for an extra $35 cash back! I am an existing tmobile customer. Paid $20 for the sim and $4 a month for the watch but will pay off when I get my bill. The wearables line is only $5 after $10 credit if you already have a voice line with tmobile which I do. Also calling now to see if tmobile will credit the $20 sim fee. Thanks again!
